double burn

30 pushups, 60 sit ups, 60 lunges (ugh), 45 squats, 3.5 miles on treadmill (40 mins.) Legs sore and rubbery now. Kids in a constant chorus of mommma... Thought i posted this and then it wasn't there, strange.......


ack! now I see the other post and can't get rid of this one.

  1. Dang! I am so impressed! Melia, you are so hardcore, I love it!!!! Keep up the good work, remember if you're consistent then you'll only be sore for about 2-3 weeks... KEEP IT UP!
