Well, I guess my exercise weekend started with a memorable hike up Mount Philo on Saturday... Sunday we snowboarded all day and I am sore, sore, sore! Today we took Norma on a little walk through the woods and then went to the gym. I did 35 minutes on the eliptical trainer. Hopefully this week will be a better exercise week for me . Last week, was a bad week for exercise.
But a good week for good news from you and from Scott, too! Whoppee!
ReplyDeleteI 2nd that! Ditto what Melinda said, but I ran 2 miles at the gym and then lifted weights. Need to burn off that bowl of garlic and olive oil and half a loaf of bread that we ate...uh...after the gym. Oops, sorry fiance, was I supposed to tell them that?
