Whew! It took me until 2 pm to get out and exercise. It is much easier to walk when Aggie is here! I walked to BlockBuster to return the movies Melia and I slept through on New Year's Eve, then did a deposit for Chris at the Bank and walked home. It is totally fogged in now. B-r-r-r-r

ReplyDeleteScott got on the treadmill for 2 miles this morning. I am having a scheduled day off. Took J-dog for a walk around the block. Poor pup has been trying to get us out skiing all day. Poor me had to deal with a whining dog who scratches at the door every five minutes. She is a very persistent personal trainer.
Way to go Scotty! My scheduled day off is tomorrow. Gotta have one day of rest!
