Walk and ride

Lost 3 pounds this week. Walked 1.5 hours with Aggie--rode the bike 10 miles at the club. Feelin' great! Wondering how I am going to get all my exercise in when we travel. I'll find a way!

  1. When you're in VT, you can join us at the gym. We can make it a daily thing if you want, seeing that you're the fittest Fuller on the blog. You're motivating all of us! Every time we see that you're working out not once, but twice a day, it is very inspiring.
